We were the first executive search firm to invest in a dedicated knowledge management center in New Delhi in 2002. The center, staffed by approximately 150 researchers - most with advanced degrees - offers analysis and search team support around the clock across all three continental time zones.

Josè Ruiz bio:
José Ruiz is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Monterrey office and is a member of the global industrial practice. He has more than 13 years in engineering and operations management working for manufacturing organizations in the United States and Mexico.
Prior to Heidrick & Struggles, Ruiz was Managing Partner for a boutique executive search firm based in San Diego, CA, serving multinational clients in the US and Mexico within the aerospace, automotive, medical device and other industrial sectors.
Previous experience includes serving as VP and General Manager at Holley Performance Products. Prior to that, Ruiz held positions in organizational development, human resources, quality management, project management and equipment design with Frisa Forjados in Monterrey, NL, and Energy Labs Inc. in San Diego, CA.
Ruiz is a member of the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) and the Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME). He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical and electrical engineering from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
