Quadra Energy Systems, Inc. to build assembly plant in Malaysia
Wholly-owned subsidiary of Las Vegas-based Quadra Projects, Inc. signs joint venture agreement with Avani Corporation Sdn Bhd to assemble QES2000 systems that convert organic waste products into power sources

Quadra Projects, Inc. (OTCBB: QPRJ) quadraprojects.com of Las Vegas, NV announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, Quadra Energy Systems Inc. (QES), signed a joint venture agreement with Avani Corporation Sdn Bhd and a well-financed Taiwanese Investment Group to establish an assembly plant in Malaysia to assemble the QES2000 Systems.
The sale of the QES2000 Systems to the joint venture is estimated to generate $20 million in sales revenue for the company over the next two years. Avani confirmed the joint venture would involve the building of several plants to process palm husks in Malaysia and Indonesia which will generate an estimated $22 million (its share of the net profits from the joint venture) annually for the company.
Currently each Palm Oil plant operating in Malaysia and Indonesia, after extraction of the oil, generates between 300 to 1,000 Tons of palm husk remnants per day creating a major disposal problem for each plant. QES offers a profitable and environmentally friendly solution for dealing with the palm husks by creating marketable by products such as N220 grade carbon black.
The QES2000 System is considered the most advanced prolysis and gasification system in the world, specifically designed to convert all organic waste such as palm husks (including used tires, plastic waste and municipal waste etc.) to valuable by-products such as N220 carbon black, biochar fertilizer, etc. and/or fuel oil or fuel gas for the production of electrical power, without any measurable environmental pollution or ash to be land filled.
The QES2000 System's affordability, and the creation of significant revenue streams from the by-products, yields a return on investment much greater than other competitive systems. Initially, the company will focus its expansion initiatives in Asia, primarily in China, India and Southeast Asian countries.
Quadra Projects, Inc. intends to become a leading green energy company focusing on environmentally friendly opportunities focusing on its leading waste to energy technology and other green industry opportunities existing world-wide.
