The South Korean energy sector is about to get a major facelift.

Korea Hydro Nuclear Power Company is building a brand new headquarters in the city of Gyeongju. Designed by H Architecture, the facility incorporates a number of green elements, including day lighting, solar power, and a green roof. The riverfront site sits next to an impressive mountain chain, inspiring architects to create a building that seamlessly integrates with its natural surroundings.

Water reservoirs, gardens, and open outdoor areas dot the over 150,000 square meter site, with 75,000 square meters of office space available to offices and research departments.
